Shishito Peppers

What you’ll need:

  • 1 package of shishito peppers

  • 2-3 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp coconut aminos

  • 12 lemon

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  • pinch of sea salt

How to:

  • In a medium/ large skillet, heat sesame oil and add shishito peppers. Cook for about 3-5 minutes on medium heat.

  • Add 1/2 lemon, squeezed and coconut aminos. Continue to sauté for another few minutes until the peppers become softer and some turn a golden color.

  • Transfer to a bowl and garnish with sea salt and sesame seeds.

  • Enjoy as a snack or side dish!
