Shishito Peppers
What you’ll need:
- 1 package of shishito peppers 
- 2-3 tbsp sesame oil 
- 1 tsp coconut aminos 
- 12 lemon 
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds 
- pinch of sea salt 
How to:
- In a medium/ large skillet, heat sesame oil and add shishito peppers. Cook for about 3-5 minutes on medium heat. 
- Add 1/2 lemon, squeezed and coconut aminos. Continue to sauté for another few minutes until the peppers become softer and some turn a golden color. 
- Transfer to a bowl and garnish with sea salt and sesame seeds. 
- Enjoy as a snack or side dish!
