My Go-To Tzatziki Dip

This is one of my absolute favorite dips / spreads/ condiments- whatever you want to call it. I make a fresh batch weekly and keep in my fridge to have on hand. A few things I love using it for:

  • A refreshing dip for my veggies (cucumber, carrots, radishes, celery, etc.) as a snack

  • Grilled veggies and chicken

  • A dollop on brown Jasmine rice or couscous… it’s unreal

  • On my Mediterranean Inspired Lamb Tacos

What you’ll need:

  • 1 single serving of full fat Greek yogurt (you can also sub coconut yogurt for a vegan option)

  • 1 Persian (or small) cucumber, minced or chopped very fine

  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed

  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves, chopped

  • 2 stalks fresh dill, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & dried oregano to taste

Just combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl, mix well and enjoy!
