My approach is not to simply send over a meal plan for you to follow, but to work with you on finding the root cause of your health concerns and to come up with a custom plan to heal through a holistic approach using food, supplements and lifestyle changes.

How Does it Work?

  • Jumpstart Healthy (4 Week Program)

    This is perfect for the person interested in a new approach to food or needs a reboot. This includes a 1 hour initial meeting and three 30-minute follow up sessions (virtual, in-person upon request). Clients will receive a nutrition assessment, individualized meal plan, grocery guide, and unlimited email support between sessions.

  • Results Driven (3 Month Program)

    This is catered to the person who needs to learn and instill new habits and wants accountability and support while doing so. This package includes a 1 hour initial meeting, three 30-minute follow up sessions , and four 20-minute check in calls. Clients will receive a nutrition assessment, individualized meal plan, grocery guide, and unlimited email support between sessions.
