Peanut Butter Protein Bites

Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • Handful chopped walnuts

  • Handful carob or dark chocolate chips

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

 

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. If the mixture seems too thick, add a splash more of almond milk or water at a time until it becomes like cookie dough.

  • Roll the "dough" into palm sized balls and refrigerate

  • Enjoy!
