Healthy Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies

What you’ll need:

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1/2 cup almond butter (preferably creamy)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • pinch of sea salt

How to:

  • Preheat oven to 350F.

  • In a medium bowl, whisk egg.

  • Add the rest of the ingredients & mix well.

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and using a spoon or scooper, place evenly sized ball shaped batter 1/2-1 inch apart. The cookies will flatten out slightly when baking.

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes.

  • Let cool & enjoy!
