Healthy Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies
What you’ll need:
- 1 egg 
- 1/4 cup almond flour 
- 1/4 cup rolled oats 
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar 
- 2 tbsp honey 
- 1/2 cup almond butter (preferably creamy) 
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips 
- 1/2 tsp baking soda 
- pinch of sea salt 
How to:
- Preheat oven to 350F. 
- In a medium bowl, whisk egg. 
- Add the rest of the ingredients & mix well. 
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and using a spoon or scooper, place evenly sized ball shaped batter 1/2-1 inch apart. The cookies will flatten out slightly when baking. 
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. 
- Let cool & enjoy!
