My Fav Immunity Boosting Tips

Here are a few ways to boost your immunity:

  • Add juices you your morning routine- a fresh green juice (with ginger) is a great way to boost your immunity first thing in the AM.

  • Drink bone broth- add garlic, oil of oregano, lemon & ginger.

  • Some of my fav supplements for immune support are Elderberry, Zinc & oil of oregano. Also, NAC is a great addition because it helps with free radical protection.

  • Eat foods that will benefit you (fresh veggies, lean proteins & healthy fats) and avoid ones that can hurt you (fast + processed foods & sugar).

  • Get your zzz’s! Rest is the best way to reset your body!

  • Stay hydrated! Remember to drink tons of water throughout the day.

  • Be preventative by sanitizing devices you use daily (phone, computer/ keyboard, etc.), doorknobs, appliances & surfaces at home, limit public transportation if possible and if not, then be conscious of your surroundings (coughing & sneezing people).
