3 Things I Do in the Morning for a Positive Mindset

Everyone has a morning routine, whether you know it or not. Some people run out the door while some take the first few minutes (or hours) to set themselves up for the rest of the day. With my emotions still on a roller coaster, I wanted to share first 3 things I do in the morning for a positive mindset. Keep in mind, I’m able to do these things every single morning before Gemma wakes up- so you can too!!

  1. A quick stretch. This could be 30 seconds or 10 minutes, but moving & lengthening my body after being in bed for so long has helped with any aches, pains & soreness.

  2. Hydrate. I drink a big glass of room temp or hot water with lemon. This helps wake the gut (digestion)!

  3. Go outside! Rain or shine, stepping outside for a few minutes helps make me feel grounded & calm.
